For assessment fees required by Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article3 of the Regulations
Governing Fees for Commodity Inspection, the assessment time of them shall be calculated based
on the actual on-site or remote assessment days. This direction come into force from the date of
promulgation, and the direction No. 09350025830 (dated November 24, 2004) issued by the Bureau
of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, M.O.E.A is repealed at the same time. |
