Article 1

These standards are enacted in accordance with Article 24 of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Industries Governance Act.

Article 2

A refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise shall pay a review fee of NT$500 to request the

central competent authority to process any of the following applications:

1. Application for a permit.

2. Application for issuance, alteration or replacement of a refrigeration and air conditioning

enterprise registration certificate.

Article 3

A refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise shall pay a certificate fee of NT$2,500 to the central

competent authority for its application for issuance, alteration, replacement or reissuance of a

refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise registration certificate.

Article 4

These standards shall come into force from the date of promulgation.
