Article 1
These Regulations are adopted pursuant to Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
Application fee for permission to exploit works of which the economic rights holder cannot be
identified or contacted ("orphan works") is NTD5,000 per work.
Article 3
These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their issuance.
